Interior Selections and Finishes

You've signed a contract and construction has begun...now what?
Over the coming months, each buyer will receive a letter in the mail notifying you of your selection timeframe. Be sure to notify us of any address changes since you signed your contract so you receive this letter in a timely manner. Selections will be made in four phases, starting with the lower floors and working up the building:

Floors 3-9: July 5, 2006 - September 5, 2006
Floors 10-16: September 1, 2006 - November 15, 2006
Floors 17-20: November 15, 2006 - December 29, 2006
Floors 21-24: January 2, 2007 - January 31, 2007

Selections MUST be made during the timeframe given for your floor.
Contact us as soon as you receive your notification letter. Selection appointment slots book up very quickly and there is a limited window during which to make your personal selections. In order to stay on schedule, we must have your selections by the deadline indicated on your notification letter. Don't miss this opportunity to choose from our range of standard finishes, or to customize your home with upgrade finishes, technology options, and other features!

Preview the vast finish and upgrade options available prior to your appointment.
We will have a special open house preview night at the beginning of each phase's selection period. Final selections and sign-off must be completed during your Finish and Upgrade Selection appointment, so use this special preview opportunity to familiarize yourself with the options and finishes you are most interested in. Take advantage of this event to meet the design professional, touch and feel samples, and ask questions!

Finalize finish and upgrade selections during your selection appointment.
Finish and Upgrade Selection appointments will take place at our onsite sales center with an experienced design professional. Selection appointments usually last 2 hours and are scheduled during the week, when we can offer you the most personal attention. Weekends are reserved for Sales Office open houses. It is important to understand that no changes can be made once these selections are finalized during your upgrade appointment. Many buyers spend at least 2-3 hours reviewing our selection materials, prioritizing upgrade options, and gathering photos, samples and magazine clippings prior to the appointment. We want you to feel comfortable and excited about your choices, and therefore highly encourage you to come to the preview event, review our online selection guide once you receive your notification letter, and ask questions prior to your Finish and Upgrade Selection appointment.
